Quinta da Boa Esperança – Colheita tinto 2015
Intense garnet colored wine, with a dominant aroma of red fruits, well balanced, with notes of black berries and spices. Good structure and intensity, with a pleasant longlasting finish.
Grapes: Castelão (33.3%), Syrah (33.3%), Aragonez (33.3%) Harvest: 100% manual into 15 Kg cases.
Vinification: Totally destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48 hours. Fermented under a controlled temperature of 24°C.
Analytical data: Alcohol:13,5%;
Total acidity: 5,75 e pH: 3,66.
Quinta da Boa Esperança – Colheita Selecionada 2015
Elaborated from Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Castelão, Syrah and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, it resulted in a complex wine with intense garnet colour, in which stand out the aromas of black fruit with spicy and balsamic notes, which came from this especific blend of varieties and their ageing on french oak barrels. Fresh and intense, with firm tannins, allowing a longstanding finish.
Grapes:Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Castelão,Touriga Nacional, Syrah.
Harvest: 100% manual into 15 Kg cases.
Vinification: Totally destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48 hours. Fermented under a controlled temperature of 24°C.

Intense garnet colored wine, in which stand out the aromas of black fruit and spices, typical of this grape variety. Fresh and intense, with firm tannins, allowing a long standing finish.
Grapes: Syrah (100%). Harvest: 100% manual into 15 Kg cases.
Vinification: Totally destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48 hours. Fermented under a controlled temperature of 24°C.

Quinta da Boa Esperança – Touriga Nacional 2015
Very intense garnet colored wine, with citric and floral nuances. Very vivid and structured on the palate, through its freshness and richness in tannins, resulting in a long and harmonious finish.
Grapes: Touriga Nacional (100%). Harvest: 100% manual into 15 Kg cases.
Vinification: Totally destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48 hours. Fermented under a controlled temperature of 24°C.

Intense garnet colored wine, nearly opaque, with prevaling notes of black fruit with balsamic nuances. Vibrant and volumous.

Vinification: Totally destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48 hours. Fermented under a controlled temperature of 24°C.

Citrus colored wine, mineral, with intense aroma of fresh tropical fruit. Intense, fruity and fresh, with a very pleasant and persistent finish.
