Quinta da Boa Esperança – Reserva Branco
Citric colored wine, subtle and delicate aroma, very complex. Fresh, structured, intense, with a very longstanding finish.
Grapes: Arinto (60%), Fernão Pires (40%).
Harvest: 100% manual into 15 Kg cases.
Vinificação: Totally destemmed and fermented in new French oak barrels of extra fine grain, a 50 days long “battonage”, followed by a 6 month aging.
Analytical data: Alcohol: 13,5%; Total Acidity: 6,1g/L; pH:3,28.
